Job Summary

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its Revenue Operations – Global Analytics Center of Excellence in Virginia Beach, Virginia. The role focuses on customer retention, churn mitigation and expansion analytics to drive revenue durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain predictive models that identify at‑risk customers and growth opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, Customer Success and Finance to translate data insights into actionable retention and expansion strategies.
• Build and automate dashboards and reports that monitor gross/net retention, churn rates, renewal execution and expansion outcomes.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on post‑sale execution, forecast confidence and revenue health across global markets.
• Lead cross‑functional workshops to embed data‑driven decision making into GTM processes.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in advanced analytics, data governance and visualization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics roles supporting revenue operations, SaaS, or subscription‑based businesses.
• Expertise in SQL, Python/R, and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., survival analysis, clustering, regression).
• Proficiency with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker; experience building automated reporting pipelines.
• Strong communication skills – able to convey complex insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions and drive measurable improvements in retention and expansion metrics.

Compensation

Base salary: $82,393 per year.

Location

Virginia Beach, Virginia Beach City, United States (on‑site/remote hybrid options may be considered).
