Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Paradise, Clark County, US, to drive predictive insights for customer retention and expansion within the Revenue Operations Analytics COE.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced analytical models that identify churn risk, renewal opportunities, and expansion potential.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Develop dashboards and visualizations that improve forecast confidence and post‑sale execution.
• Lead ad‑hoc analyses to support gross and net retention initiatives and measure the impact of retention programs.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within SaaS, Revenue Operations, or Customer Success environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of retention metrics (gross/net retention, churn, renewal rates) and predictive modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
