Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its Customer Retention & Expansion team, based in William Penn Annex East, Philadelphia County, US. This role drives predictive analytics to boost revenue durability and improve churn mitigation.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver advanced analytics models that forecast customer churn, renewal likelihood, and expansion opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real‑time visibility into gross and net retention metrics.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on post‑sale execution, identifying root causes of revenue leakage.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing data‑driven decision making.
• Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data governance and statistical methodology.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within Revenue Operations or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics: retention, churn, renewal, and expansion.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex analyses to non‑technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, global analytics center of excellence.

Compensation & Benefits
