Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence in Lockwood, Yellowstone County, US. The role focuses on customer retention, churn mitigation and expansion analytics to drive revenue durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain predictive models that identify at‑risk accounts and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate analytical insights into actionable retention strategies.
• Build dashboards and visual reports that surface churn, renewal, and net‑retention metrics for global leadership.
• Conduct deep‑dive ad‑hoc analyses to support forecasting confidence and post‑sale execution.
• Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in data hygiene, documentation, and reproducible analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within Revenue Operations or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and experience with statistical modeling techniques (e.g., survival analysis, logistic regression).
• Strong expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex findings to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
