Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Wake Island, Honolulu, US. This role focuses on customer retention, churn mitigation, and revenue expansion within the Global Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to improve gross and net retention rates.
• Analyze churn drivers and design actionable mitigation strategies.
• Support renewal and expansion initiatives with data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Marketing to align analytics with go‑to‑market strategies.
• Create dashboards and visualizations for senior leadership to monitor retention metrics.
• Conduct ad‑hoc deep‑dive analyses to answer critical business questions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in SaaS or subscription‑based businesses.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of revenue operations, churn analysis, and customer lifecycle metrics.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex findings into clear business recommendations.

Compensation

Salary: $70,807.27 per year (fixed).
