Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced analytical models to identify churn risk, renewal opportunities, and expansion potential.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Build automated dashboards and reports that monitor gross and net retention metrics in real‑time.
• Conduct deep‑dive ad‑hoc analyses to support strategic initiatives and executive decision‑making.
• Validate data quality, enforce governance standards, and document analytical methodologies.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in advanced analytics and data storytelling.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within Revenue Operations, SaaS, or subscription‑based businesses.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and advanced visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics (retention, churn, renewal, expansion).
