Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and dashboards to improve gross and net retention rates.
• Analyze churn drivers and design data‑driven mitigation strategies.
• Support renewal and expansion forecasting through advanced statistical techniques.
• Collaborate with GTM, finance, and product teams to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Maintain data quality, governance, and documentation within the Centralized Analytics COE.
