Job Summary

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Glendale, Denver, US. This role focuses on customer retention, churn mitigation, and expansion analytics within the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and dashboards to improve gross and net retention metrics.
• Analyze churn drivers and recommend actionable strategies for renewal execution.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance teams to align data insights with revenue goals.
• Maintain data integrity across global revenue operation systems and ensure accurate forecasting.
• Present findings to senior leadership and support post‑sale execution initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within SaaS or subscription‑based businesses.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics: retention, churn, renewal, and expansion.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a Revenue Operations or Global Analytics Center of Excellence.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, or similar CRM/CSM platforms.
• Track record of influencing cross‑functional teams to drive data‑driven decisions.

Compensation

Salary range: $90,164.79 – $90,164.79 per year.
