Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to identify at‑risk customers and opportunities for upsell.
• Analyse renewal and expansion pipelines, providing actionable insights to revenue operations teams.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to design dashboards that track gross and net retention metrics.
• Support forecasting accuracy by integrating advanced statistical techniques into revenue forecasts.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing strategic decisions.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in analytics, preferably within SaaS or enterprise software.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics (retention, churn, renewal, expansion).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations.
