Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Bridgeport, Fairfield County, US. This role focuses on customer retention, expansion analytics, and revenue operations within the Global Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain predictive models to improve gross and net customer retention.
• Analyze churn drivers and develop actionable insights for mitigation strategies.
• Support renewal and expansion forecasting with data‑driven recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional GTM teams to align analytics with business goals.
• Create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for senior leadership.
• Mentor junior analysts and champion best practices in advanced analytics.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in SaaS or revenue operations.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong communication skills to translate complex findings into clear business actions.
• Track record of delivering predictive models that drive revenue growth.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with customer lifecycle analytics and churn modeling.

Compensation

Annual salary: $92,181.77 (fixed).
