Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to improve gross and net retention, reduce churn, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real‑time visibility into renewal execution and expansion pipelines.
• Perform deep‑dive analyses on post‑sale performance, forecast accuracy, and revenue durability.
• Lead data‑driven projects that enhance forecasting confidence and post‑sale execution across global markets.

Required Qualifications

• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, churn analysis, and expansion modeling.
