Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Minneapolis, Hennepin County, US, to drive predictive insights for customer retention and expansion within the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced analytical models to identify churn risks, renewal opportunities, and expansion potential.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Design dashboards and visualizations that improve forecast confidence and post‑sale execution.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses on gross and net retention metrics, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
• Automate reporting processes and ensure data quality across CRM and financial systems.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Global Analytics COE.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within revenue operations or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics (retention, churn, renewal, expansion).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, global organization.

Compensation

Base salary: $83,687.31 annually.
