Cornerstone onDemand is hiring a Senior Data Analyst in Kansas City, Jackson County, US. This role focuses on customer retention, expansion, and advanced analytics within the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to improve gross and net retention, reduce churn, and drive renewal success.
• Analyze post‑sale execution data to identify expansion opportunities and revenue growth trends.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI scorecards for senior leadership.
• Lead ad‑hoc analytical projects, data mining, and statistical testing to support strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in SaaS or revenue operations.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics, churn analysis, and renewal processes.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.
