Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Atlanta, Fulton County, US to drive predictive analytics for customer retention and expansion within the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain advanced statistical models that identify churn risk, renewal opportunities, and expansion potential across global customer bases.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate analytical insights into actionable strategies that improve gross and net retention.
• Develop automated dashboards and reporting solutions in tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker, providing real‑time visibility into retention metrics and forecast accuracy.
• Lead data‑quality initiatives, ensuring source data integrity from CRM, ERP, and subscription platforms.
• Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership, influencing decision‑making and post‑sale execution plans.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to the best‑practice framework of the Global Analytics COE.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field; Master’s preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within SaaS, subscription, or revenue operations environments.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and statistical modeling techniques (e.g., survival analysis, predictive scoring).
• Strong expertise with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker) and BI reporting.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex analytical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• Experience with cloud data platforms (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
