Job Summary

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst in Charlotte, Mecklenburg County, US. This role focuses on customer retention, expansion, and advanced analytics within the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models to improve gross and net retention, reduce churn, and drive renewal and expansion outcomes.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate data insights into actionable strategies.
• Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide real‑time visibility into revenue health.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of customer behavior, lifecycle stages, and product usage patterns.
• Support forecast accuracy by integrating advanced analytics into the revenue planning process.
• Mentor junior analysts and promote best practices in data governance and analytical methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably within SaaS or revenue operations.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and advanced visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics such as churn, renewal rates, and expansion revenue.
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Annual salary: $75,084.03 (fixed).
