Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst for its Revenue Operations – Global Analytics COE in Archer, Laramie County, US. This role focuses on customer retention, churn mitigation and expansion analytics, supporting predictive insights that drive revenue durability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain predictive models to improve gross and net customer retention.
• Analyze churn drivers and design data‑driven mitigation strategies.
• Support renewal execution and expansion forecasting through advanced analytics.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional GTM teams to translate insights into actionable business plans.
• Create dashboards, reports and visualizations for senior leadership.
• Maintain data quality standards and ensure compliance with privacy regulations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in revenue operations or SaaS environments.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and data‑visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong statistical modeling, machine‑learning, and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication skills to convey complex insights to non‑technical stakeholders.

Compensation

Annual salary: $88,612.22 (fixed).
