Join Cornerstone onDemand’s Global Analytics Center of Excellence (COE) as a Senior Data Analyst focused on Customer Retention & Expansion. In this role you will drive predictive analytics that enhance revenue durability, improve forecast confidence, and support post‑sale execution across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain advanced statistical models to identify churn risks and expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success teams to translate insights into actionable retention strategies.
• Design and automate dashboards and reports that monitor gross and net retention, renewal rates, and expansion revenue.
• Conduct deep‑dive analyses of customer behavior, usage patterns, and contract data to inform product and pricing decisions.
• Provide data‑driven recommendations to senior leadership to improve forecast accuracy and revenue planning.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to best‑practice standards within the Analytics COE.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within SaaS, technology, or revenue operations.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics (retention, churn, expansion, renewal).
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with machine‑learning techniques for predictive modeling.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and subscription billing platforms.
• Knowledge of statistical testing and A/B experiment design.
