Senior Data Analyst

Cornerstone onDemand is hiring a Senior Data Analyst in Fargo, Cass County, US. This role sits in the Revenue Operations Analytics Center of Excellence and focuses on customer retention, churn mitigation and expansion analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop predictive models and dashboards to improve gross and net retention metrics.
• Analyze churn drivers and recommend data‑driven mitigation strategies.
• Partner with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to design renewal and expansion playbooks.
• Present insights to senior leadership to influence forecasting and post‑sale execution.
• Maintain data integrity across multiple sources within the Global Analytics COE.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably in SaaS or HR technology.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and data‑visualisation tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics (retention, churn, renewal, expansion).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex analyses into actionable business recommendations.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a Revenue Operations or Customer Success analytics team.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling techniques (survival analysis, cohort analysis, predictive scoring).
• Knowledge of Cornerstone’s product suite or similar talent management platforms.

Compensation & Benefits
