Job Summary

Cornerstone onDemand is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join its Revenue Operations – Global Analytics COE in Wilmington, New Castle County, US. This role focuses on customer retention, churn mitigation and expansion analytics.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain predictive models that identify at‑risk accounts and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations, Sales and Customer Success teams to translate insights into actionable retention and expansion strategies.
• Build dashboards and reports that track gross/net retention, churn rates, renewal performance and expansion pipelines.
• Perform deep‑dive ad‑hoc analyses to support forecasting confidence and post‑sale execution.
• Develop and document analytical methodologies, ensuring reproducibility and governance across the COE.
• Mentor junior analysts and champion data‑driven decision making within the organization.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in advanced analytics, preferably within SaaS or revenue operations.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python or R, and data‑visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle metrics (retention, churn, renewal, expansion).
• Excellent communication skills to present complex findings to both technical and business audiences.
