About This Position
TEKsystems c/o Allegis Group is hiring a Senior Construction Project Manager for a contract role in Nashville, Davidson County, TN. This owner‑side position leads high‑volume healthcare planning, design and construction projects within active hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and coordinate complex construction and renovation projects from design through close‑out.
- Manage project schedules, budgets, and scope to meet client and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as primary liaison between general contractors, architects, engineers, and internal hospital stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments, ensure safety compliance, and enforce quality standards on active hospital sites.
- Prepare and present progress reports, change orders, and cost forecasts to senior leadership.
- Facilitate value‑engineering initiatives and resolve construction‑related issues promptly.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 10+ years of progressive experience managing large‑scale healthcare construction projects.
- Proven track record delivering projects on time and within budget in active hospital settings.
- Strong knowledge of US building codes, NFPA, OSHA, and healthcare-specific regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Primavera, Procore, MS Project).
- Ability to obtain and maintain any required certifications or clearances.

This is a contract position based onsite in Nashville, TN. The role offers a fixed annual compensation of $140,720.42.
