Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply federal, state, and local regulations to ensure organizational compliance.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and controls across business units.
- Conduct risk assessments, internal audits, and investigations of compliance issues.
- Prepare and deliver detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and external regulators.

- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Proficiency with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work autonomously while influencing cross‑functional teams.
