About This Position

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret and apply federal, state, and local regulations to daily operations.
- Develop, implement, and monitor compliance policies, procedures, and controls.
- Conduct risk assessments and internal audits on moderately complex to complex compliance matters.
- Prepare and deliver detailed compliance reports for senior leadership and external auditors.
- Provide guidance and training to business units on compliance best practices.
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to resolve compliance issues.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of regulatory changes affecting the healthcare industry.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Healthcare Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive compliance experience in a corporate or healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and documentation skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
- Proficiency with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
