About This Position

Join Humana in Boise, Ada County as a Senior Compliance Professional. This role reports to the Associate Director of Compliance and ensures adherence to complex regulatory and contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Interpret, implement, and monitor federal, state, and local regulations affecting Humana’s operations.
  • Conduct risk assessments, audits, and investigations on moderately complex to complex compliance issues.
  • Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and controls to mitigate compliance risks.
  • Provide guidance and training to business units on compliance best practices.
  • Prepare and present compliance reports for senior leadership and external regulators.
  • Collaborate with legal, audit, and operational teams to resolve findings and implement corrective actions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., CCEP, CRCM) preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in corporate compliance, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
  • Strong analytical, investigative, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficiency with compliance management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: $96,801.36 annually. Humana offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, vision, retirement plans, and generous paid time off.
