Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of genomics‑focused clinical programs across UnitedHealthcare’s network.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams—including medical, data analytics, finance, and operations—to identify and capture value opportunities.
• Develop business cases, ROI models, and performance metrics to support program decisions.
• Provide expert guidance on lab workflow optimization, test utilization, and cost‑effectiveness.
• Mentor junior consultants and facilitate knowledge‑sharing across the Value Creation portfolio.
• Present findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and external stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Master’s degree or higher in Health Sciences, Genomics, Biomedical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in clinical program management, genomics, or laboratory operations within a health‑care or payer environment.
• Proven track record of delivering value‑creation projects with quantifiable financial impact.
• Strong analytical skills, proficiency with data‑visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) and financial modeling.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Eligibility to work remotely from the Atlanta, Fulton County area.

Compensation

Annual salary: $163,492.02 (fixed)
