Senior Civil Engineer – Land Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design and delivery of civil infrastructure for residential, commercial and mixed‑use land development schemes.
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including transportation, utilities, grading and storm‑water specialists.
  • Develop concept, preliminary and detailed design packages, ensuring compliance with municipal regulations and industry standards.
  • Prepare technical reports, cost estimates, construction documents and tender packages.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
  • Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in Alberta.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in land‑development civil engineering, with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D, MicroStation, and civil design software.
  • Solid understanding of Alberta building codes, land‑use bylaws, and environmental regulations.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and client‑facing skills.
