Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier payment questions and issue resolution.
• Manage a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and live‑chat interactions while maintaining service level agreements.
• Investigate, reconcile, and resolve payment discrepancies quickly and accurately.
• Collaborate with Carrier Accounts Payable, Treasury, and Operations teams to ensure timely settlements.
