Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for carrier partners via phone, email, and chat.

• Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the internal CRM system.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in payment support, accounts payable, or logistics finance.

Compensation

Base Salary: $76,846.05 per year.
