Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable speaking with a diverse carrier base.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with ERP or carrier management systems.
• Detail‑oriented, able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Business, Finance, or related field preferred.
