Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for carrier payment questions, managing inbound calls, emails and chat messages.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve payment discrepancies, invoice issues, and fund transfers promptly.
• Collaborate with Carrier Accounts Payable, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure accurate and timely payments.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in the CRM system and update status reports.
• Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance carrier satisfaction.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior support staff as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in carrier payment support, logistics finance, or related customer service roles.
• Strong understanding of freight payment cycles, carrier contracts, and invoicing procedures.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
• Proficiency with ERP/financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Office, especially Excel.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical mindset and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with transportation management systems (TMS) such as C.H. Robinson’s Navisphere.
• Knowledge of US carrier regulations and compliance requirements.
• Certification in accounting or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits
