Senior Business Intelligence Engineer (Hybrid)

Enova International is hiring a Senior Business Intelligence Engineer in Chicago, Cook County (US). This hybrid role designs and maintains data reporting solutions that drive decisions across Finance, Marketing, Operations, and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize scalable BI dashboards, reports, and data models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Maintain data pipelines and ensure data quality, accuracy, and security.
• Implement self‑service analytics tools and provide training to end users.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, data warehousing, or analytics engineering.
• Proficiency with SQL, Python/R, and BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and cloud data services (e.g., AWS Redshift, Snowflake).
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Benefits & Compensation
