Job Summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Senior Analyst, Finance Operations in East Helena, Lewis and Clark County, US. This role supports core financial processes such as pricing administration, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, and billing while ensuring fiscal controls and accurate reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and improve finance operations processes including pricing, rebates, cash application, chargebacks, and invoicing.
• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial reports for senior leadership.
• Maintain and enhance internal fiscal controls and compliance with accounting standards.
• Collaborate with tax, accounting, and financial planning teams to align operational activities.
• Support financial system enhancements and data integrity initiatives.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and process efficiencies.
• Serve as a subject‑matter expert for finance operations queries and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; CPA or advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or financial analysis.
• Strong knowledge of pricing administration, rebate management, cash application, and chargeback processes.
• Proficiency with finance ERP systems and advanced Excel/SQL reporting skills.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem‑solving abilities.

Compensation

Salary range: $115,752.24 per year.
