About This Position
TrueHire Staffing LLC is hiring a Senior AI Engineer – Microsoft Azure AI, Fabric, and Copilot for a remote, 12‑month contract (with possible extensions). This role designs, builds, and deploys enterprise AI solutions for utility and business operations using Azure AI, Microsoft Fabric, and Copilot technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect end‑to‑end AI solutions on Microsoft Azure AI, Azure OpenAI Service, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Develop, test, and deploy Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot integrations to streamline business workflows.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to translate utility‑sector requirements into scalable AI models.
- Implement data pipelines, model monitoring, and governance frameworks in compliance with enterprise security standards.
- Provide technical leadership, code reviews, and mentorship to junior engineers.
- Document solution designs, APIs, and operational procedures for ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, and Microsoft Fabric.
- Proficiency in Python, C#, or JavaScript for AI/ML development.
- Demonstrated experience building Copilot or Copilot Studio solutions for enterprise use cases.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, MLOps, and cloud security best practices.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate or Azure Solutions Architect.

Compensation & Benefits
