ERPA is hiring a Senior ADP Payroll / Workday HCM Consultant (ADP SmartCompliance Integration Focus) on a remote, part‑time contract basis for a 3‑month engagement. This senior‑level role requires deep, hands‑on expertise with ADP SmartCompliance integrations and full‑cycle Workday Payroll implementations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration, testing, and deployment of ADP SmartCompliance integrations with Workday HCM.
• Drive end‑to‑end Workday Payroll implementation projects, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders to gather requirements, map processes, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior consultants and development teams.
• Develop integration specifications, data mapping documents, and detailed test scripts.
• Conduct system testing, issue resolution, and post‑go‑live support.
