Senior Accountant

Job Summary

ZK Technology LLC is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its fast‑growing workforce technology division in Tampa, Hillsborough County, FL. This role will lead accounting functions, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support strategic decision‑making.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and year‑end financial statements.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and account reconciliations.
• Manage the month‑end and close processes, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external auditors for audit readiness and compliance.
• Develop and improve accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Provide variance analysis and financial insights to senior leadership.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost‑allocation initiatives.
• Maintain compliance with GAAP, federal, state, and local regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a technology or SaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast‑paced setting.

Compensation & Benefits
