Wald Manufacturing Inc, a growing multi‑company organization, is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to lead day‑to‑day accounting operations across several family‑owned businesses.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and execute daily accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month‑end close.
• Supervise and review work of bookkeepers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and deliver timely financial statements and reports across multiple accounting platforms.
• Coordinate with external auditors and manage audit preparation.
• Develop and improve internal controls, accounting procedures, and reporting processes.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior accounting staff.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, preferably in a multi‑entity environment.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency with multiple accounting software systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

Compensation

Salary: $105,685.60 per year (fixed).
