Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee month‑end and year‑end close processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Prepare and analyze balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and variance reports.
• Manage general ledger entries, reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Coordinate external audits and serve as the primary liaison with auditors.
• Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard assets and improve process efficiency.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling for new projects and capital expenditures.
• Support tax compliance, including preparation of quarterly and annual filings.

Required Qualifications
