Senior Account Manager- Employee Benefits (Remote)

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Manager – Employee Benefits to work remotely, supporting clients primarily from Tampa, FL with occasional travel within Florida.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow a portfolio of employer‑benefit accounts, focusing on both level‑funded and self‑funded plans.
• Develop customized benefit solutions, conduct plan analyses, and present recommendations to C‑suite stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and high satisfaction.
• Collaborate with underwriting, claims, and sales teams to deliver seamless service.
• Prepare and deliver bilingual (Spanish/English) communications and presentations as needed.
• Travel occasionally within Florida for client meetings, site visits, and regional events.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in employee benefits sales or account management.
• In‑depth knowledge of level‑funded and self‑funded health plans.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; bilingual Spanish/English preferred.
