Conco Services is hiring a Senior Account Manager for its Paradise Valley, Maricopa County, AZ location. Lead client relationships, drive revenue, and support a global team delivering specialist cleaning and testing services.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑value accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Identify growth opportunities, prepare proposals, and close new business within the assigned region.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, and field crews to deliver condenser cleaning, nondestructive testing, leak detection, water‑jet cleaning and other specialty services.
• Develop and present regular performance reports, forecasts, and strategic plans to senior leadership.
• Mentor junior account staff and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 5+ years of B2B account management or sales experience in industrial services, manufacturing, or related sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Strong technical aptitude to discuss complex cleaning and testing solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the Phoenix metropolitan area and occasional regional trips.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant certifications a plus.
