About This Position
Job Summary
Lexipol LLC is seeking a results‑driven Senior Account Executive to join its team in Frisco, Collin County, US. This role will manage key public‑safety accounts, drive revenue growth, and ensure our safety‑technology solutions meet the needs of law‑enforcement, fire, EMS and corrections agencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Own a portfolio of municipal, county and state public‑safety clients, acting as the primary point of contact.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets (salary $96,043.83).
- Conduct needs assessments, product demonstrations, and solution presentations tailored to each agency’s operational challenges.
- Negotiate contracts, renewals and upsell additional modules or services while maintaining compliance with public‑sector procurement rules.
- Collaborate with product, implementation and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction.
- Provide market feedback to help shape future product enhancements and marketing initiatives.
- Track pipeline activity in CRM, generate accurate forecasts and report performance metrics to senior leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Criminal Justice or related field.
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling software or technology solutions to government or public‑safety customers.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding quota in a complex sales cycle.
- Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
- Strong understanding of law‑enforcement, fire, EMS or corrections operations is a plus.
- Ability to travel within the region (up to 30% of time) for client meetings and industry events.
