Job Summary

Nestortechnologies Inc is seeking an experienced Security Operations Next‑Gen SIEM Analyst to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. This role focuses on optimizing CrowdStrike SIEM, expanding telemetry, and enhancing threat detection capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Optimize and fine‑tune the agency’s CrowdStrike SIEM platform and related services.
• Integrate high‑value log sources and expand telemetry coverage across the environment.
• Develop and maintain security dashboards, alerts, and reporting for proactive threat monitoring.
• Collaborate with incident response teams to improve detection rules and response workflows.
• Support rollout and configuration of additional CrowdStrike services and modules.
• Document processes, configurations, and best practices for SIEM operations.
• Participate in regular team meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 12 years of professional experience in security operations, SIEM management, or related fields.
• Deep expertise with CrowdStrike Falcon, Falcon Insight, and CrowdStrike SIEM.
• Proven track record of integrating diverse log sources and tuning detection rules.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate raw data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills and a fully updated LinkedIn profile.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate via virtual meetings.

Preferred Skills

• Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CrowdStrike Certified Falcon Administrator.
• Experience with other SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar, Sentinel).

Compensation

Salary: $172,215.10 per year (fixed). This is a contract position with full benefits as defined by Nestortechnologies Inc.
