About This Position
Qode is hiring a Scrum Master in Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, US to lead Agile delivery for data‑driven projects. This role focuses on guiding cross‑functional teams, removing obstacles, and ensuring successful analytics program execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) for multiple data‑focused squads.
- Act as a servant leader, removing impediments and protecting the team from external disruptions.
- Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, product owners, and business stakeholders to define clear sprint goals and deliverables.
- Maintain and continuously improve the team’s Agile processes, metrics, and reporting dashboards.
- Ensure alignment of analytics initiatives with business decision‑making objectives.
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in data‑analytics or technology environments.
- Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Proven ability to work with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Certification such as CSM, PSM, or equivalent is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
Salary range: $69,457.07 – $69,457.07 per year.
