Incedo Inc is seeking a skilled Scrum Master in Bloomfield, Allegheny County, US to lead Agile delivery for data‑driven projects. This servant‑leader role will guide cross‑functional teams, remove delivery roadblocks, and ensure successful execution of analytics programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) for data analytics squads.
• Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile principles and best practices.
• Identify, track, and resolve impediments that hinder sprint progress.
• Collaborate with data analysts, engineers, and business owners to define clear, measurable sprint goals.
• Maintain and update product backlogs, ensuring prioritization aligns with business objectives.
• Produce transparent reporting on sprint velocity, burn‑down charts, and delivery metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team performance and delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in data‑focused or analytics environments.
• Deep understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
• Strong communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Experience working with cross‑functional teams including data scientists, engineers, and business analysts.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a servant‑leadership mindset.
