Scrum Lead – Chassis Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Scrum Master for a cross‑functional team delivering chassis analytics software.
• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, reviews and retrospectives.
• Coordinate with product owners, data scientists and hardware engineers to define backlog items.
• Ensure delivery of high‑quality code, models and visualisations using machine‑learning and AI techniques.
• Remove impediments and protect the team from external disruptions.
• Track progress, metrics and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience leading Scrum teams (6‑12 members) in software development.
• Strong understanding of data analysis, analytics, machine learning and AI concepts.
• Background in automotive chassis domains (braking, steering, suspension, vehicle dynamics) is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and conflict‑resolution skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Python, C++, or MATLAB for data‑driven vehicle modeling.
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
• Knowledge of automotive standards (ISO 26262, AUTOSAR) and safety‑critical development.
