Scrum Lead – Chassis Analytics
About This Position
General Motors is hiring a Scrum Lead for its Chassis Analytics team in Mongmong, Mongmong‑Toto‑Maite, US. The role guides a scrum team of 6‑12 engineers developing AI‑driven software for vehicle braking, steering, suspension and dynamics.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as Scrum Leader for the in‑house Chassis Analytics software design team.
- Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, retrospectives and backlog grooming.
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between data scientists, machine‑learning engineers, and vehicle dynamics specialists.
- Ensure delivery of high‑quality analytics, machine‑learning models and AI solutions for chassis domains.
- Track performance metrics, remove impediments and drive continuous improvement.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote best practices in agile development.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in software development with a focus on data analytics, machine learning or AI.
- Proven track record as a Scrum Master/Leader managing teams of 6‑12 engineers.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle chassis systems (braking, steering, suspension, dynamics).
- Hands‑on experience with Python, C++, SQL and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and problem‑solving skills.
