Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the end‑to‑end closing process for Small Business Administration (SBA) loan packages.
• Verify completeness and accuracy of all loan documentation, ensuring compliance with SBA guidelines and internal policies.
• Collaborate with loan officers, underwriters, and external partners to resolve discrepancies and expedite closings.
• Maintain detailed records in the loan origination system and generate closing reports for senior management.
• Provide exceptional service to borrowers, answering questions and guiding them through the closing timeline.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and assist in implementing best‑practice workflows.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in loan closing, SBA lending, or related financial services.
• Strong knowledge of SBA loan programs, documentation requirements, and regulatory compliance.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple closings simultaneously.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with loan origination software.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and a customer‑focused attitude.
• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or related field preferred.
