SAP is seeking a SAP Territory Ecosystem Manager (TEM) – South to join its Atlanta, Fulton County office. This senior role drives ecosystem partnerships and go‑to‑market strategies across the southern United States, with a competitive annual salary of $158,669.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute ecosystem strategies that align SAP’s portfolio with regional partners, ISVs, and system integrators.
- Identify, recruit, and onboard new ecosystem partners to expand SAP’s market reach in the South.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and marketing teams to create joint value propositions and co‑sell opportunities.
- Manage partner performance metrics, pipeline health, and forecast revenue contributions.
- Lead enablement programs, including training, certification, and go‑to‑market workshops for partners.
- Represent SAP at industry events, conferences, and partner gatherings to strengthen brand presence.
- Provide regular business reviews and insights to senior leadership on ecosystem health and growth opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience managing partner ecosystems or channel sales in enterprise software.
- Strong understanding of SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Business Technology Platform).
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through partner collaborations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to travel within the southern United States as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field; MBA is a plus.
