Sharp Decisions is seeking a SAP Products Technical Delivery Advisor for a fully remote contract role based in the United States. This customer‑facing position supports large and strategic accounts, acting as the primary technical contact and delivery orchestrator.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to safeguard and optimize customer investments in SAP product portfolios.
• Act as the primary technical liaison for large and strategic accounts, ensuring seamless communication between customers and internal delivery teams.
• Coordinate cross‑functional delivery experts, manage project timelines, and drive successful implementation of SAP solutions.
• Provide technical guidance, architecture reviews, and best‑practice recommendations to maximize solution value.
• Identify and mitigate risks, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Prepare and present status reports, executive briefings, and technical documentation for stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

• U.S. work authorization (dual citizens are not eligible).
• Proven experience delivering SAP solutions for large, enterprise‑level customers.
• Strong technical expertise across SAP product lines (e.g., S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP SuccessFactors).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Project management experience, preferably with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Problem‑solving mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Compensation

Annual salary: $171,134.03 (contract rate, with potential conversion to full‑time hire).
