Job Summary

Sumitomo Pharma is seeking a driven San Bernadino Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to lead specialty pharmaceutical sales in the Grandview Heights, Franklin County area.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve or exceed revenue targets for specialty products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, urologists, women’s health specialists, and other key prescribers.
• Identify new market opportunities, conduct product presentations, and provide clinical education.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including marketing, medical affairs, and compliance to ensure successful product launches.
• Track and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategy.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and submit regular performance reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably in oncology, urology, women’s health, or rare diseases.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (up to 50%).
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits
