Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to achieve or exceed revenue targets for specialty pharmaceutical products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with oncologists, urologists, neurologists, and other specialty physicians.
• Educate healthcare providers on product benefits, clinical data, and proper usage.
• Coordinate with marketing, medical affairs, and field support teams to ensure alignment on launch initiatives and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and prescriber data to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory, legal, and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years of territory sales experience in specialty pharmaceuticals, preferably in oncology, urology, or CNS therapeutic areas.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory (approximately 30% travel).
