Job Summary

Sumitomo Pharma is seeking a driven San Bernadino Territory Sales Manager – Specialty to lead specialty pharmaceutical sales in the Boise, Ada County area. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets for specialty products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, and healthcare decision‑makers in the Boise region.
• Deliver scientific product presentations, educate providers on clinical data, and address therapeutic needs.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, medical affairs, and market access—to align strategies and support launch initiatives.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and prescribing patterns to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation in accordance with company policies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, or related field (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of specialty pharmaceutical sales experience, preferably within oncology, urology, or rare disease therapeutics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel within the Boise territory and attend regional conferences.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
